Marnie Bowers is a seasoned IT leader with over 30 years of experience in building industry-leading, technology-driven companies. As the CEO of Rosea, Marnie shapes the company’s strategic vision, drives growth, and positions Rosea as the premier partner for mid-market IT buyers. Her leadership combines deep technical expertise with a forward-looking approach, ensuring Rosea remains at the forefront of innovation and customer success.

Throughout her career, Marnie has founded and led three transformative, market-leading companies. She was the Founder and CEO of Tanaros (later acquired by Ongoing Operations), where she pioneered the concept of Application Continuity Appliances to eliminate email downtime. Before that, she served as the CEO of All Covered (acquired by Konica Minolta), where she grew the company from a single office to become the largest outsourced IT provider for small businesses across the United States. Additionally, she co-founded Generation Ventures, one of the first venture firms dedicated to launching new enterprises in China. Earlier in her career, Marnie was a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in operational strategy for Global 1000 enterprises in technology-intensive industries.
