She was the Founder and CEO of Tanaros (later acquired by Ongoing Operations), where she introduced the concept of Application Continuity Appliances to eliminate email downtime. Before Tanaros, she served as the CEO of All Covered (acquired by Konica Minolta), where she expanded the company from a single office to become the largest outsourced IT provider for small businesses in the United States. Additionally, Bryony co-founded Generation Ventures, one of the first venture firms focused on launching new enterprises in China. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in operational strategy for Global 1000 enterprises in technology-intensive sectors.
