Ricky Mueller is an accomplished IT leader with three decades of experience helping build industry-leading, technology-intensive companies. As CEO, Ricky oversees Rosea’s strategic vision while driving growth and establishing Rosea as the leading partner of choice for mid-market strategic buyers of IT.

Ricky has founded and built three category-defining, sector-leading companies. He was the Founder and CEO of Tanaros (acquired by Ongoing Operations), where he created the category of Application Continuity Appliances for ending email downtime. Prior to Tanaros, he was the CEO of All Covered (acquired by Konica Minolta), which, under his leadership, grew from a single office to the largest outsourced IT provider to US Small Businesses. He co-founded one of the first venture firms focused on building new enterprises in China, Generation Ventures. Ricky was also a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he focused on operational strategy development for technology-intensive Global 1000 enterprises.
